F1 Theme Studio - Next to Ferrari World & Yas Mall

Positive: The apartment was clean and in a great location, close to Ferrari World and Yas Mall. Check-in was smooth, and everything was okay at the beginning. The place was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Negative: Unfortunately, my experience changed significantly after the first day. Early the next morning, the apartment lost electricity due to a major fault in the main power cable. I spent the entire day without electricity or air conditioning, making it impossible to stay comfortably in the apartment. Communication with the host was very poor. I called multiple times (including international calls) and sent several WhatsApp messages. Although the host initially said someone would come to check the issue, no timely assistance was provided, and I had to spend most of the day waiting outside in my car because the apartment was too hot. The technicians only arrived in the evening, and the repair continued until around midnight. They had to replace major electrical components, which suggested that the property's maintenance had not been properly addressed. The following day, I asked to extend my stay. The host offered me a discounted rate as compensation for the inconvenience, and I paid for the extension. However, shortly afterward, she informed me that the extension had been accepted by mistake because the apartment had already been booked by another guest. She promised to refund the remaining balance to my account, but despite several reminders, I have still not received the refund. Overall, while the location was good, the poor communication, delayed response to a serious maintenance issue, and the unresolved refund left me very disappointed.
