Our stay at this property did not match what was advertised. Positive: Our stay at this property did not match what was advertised. We chose this apartment because the listing clearly stated that luggage storage was available. We arrived in Dubai at 2:00 AM, with check-in at 3:00 PM, and there was no luggage storage provided. The same issue occurred at check-out. The only option offered was to take a taxi to another location and be reimbursed later, which did not feel secure or guaranteed. The listing also indicated that invoices were available, but when requested, we were informed that they do not issue invoices. Cleanliness was below acceptable standards. The sofa was stained and dirty (one of the five adults had to sleep on it), there were broken and marked chairs, dirty floors, and insufficient toiletries. There were also not enough dishes and cutlery for five adults, and no solution was provided after we reported it. In our opinion, the listing does not accurately reflect the actual services and condition of the apartment. Future guests may wish to clarify these points in advance.
